Our Stir-fried noodles are 100% produced in France , made from quality wheat flour, offering a good cooking stability and the ability to withstand high-heat stir-frying without breaking. Once cooked, they deliver a smooth texture with a satisfying bite, while effectively absorbing sauces and seasonings. Well suited for stir-fries with vegetables, meat, or seafood, they can be easily adapted to a variety of Asian-style dishes. Easy to handle and versatile, they are suitable for both foodservice and everyday home cooking.
