Storage & use

Storage instructions

Unripe (solid) fruits: Store at room temperature until they submit slightly to gentle finger pressure. The ripening process can be accelerated by storing them together with an apple or a banana.Mature fruits: Keep in the refrigerator at 4 °C to 7 °C to stop the ripening process and keep the freshness for a few days.Cut half: Leave the core in the unused half, soak the surface with citric acid and firmly wrap in fresh holding film in the refrigerator.
