Young drinking coconut: Keep cool in the refrigerator at 4 °C to 7 °C, otherwise the sensitive coconut water will start to ferment quickly.Mature brown coconut: Can be easily stored dry at normal room temperature (15 °C to 20 °C).Sustainability: Brown nuts last for several weeks, as long as the juice inside is still clearly splashed when shaken.

How to use

Drinking coconut (young): The tip is cut to drink the sweet, isotonic coconut water directly with a stroke. After that, the soft, geared layer of meat is opened inside.Mature coconut (brown): The hard, white fruit meat is roasted for Asian desserts, cakes or to mix in Indian curries.Traditional rites: In the Indian community, the brown nuts (Nariyal) are commonly used for religious ceremonies (Poojas).Home-made coconut milk: The roasted mature meat is roasted with warm water and pressed through a cloth.
