“The authentic Vietnamese Bò Viên meat balls are made exclusively from controlled French beef, which is extremely fine-purified and shaken in a traditional process to the typical, very solid, elastic and crisp texture, while the interior remains pleasantly smooth. They are characterized by an intense, hearty beef flavor, delicately tasting with white pepper, garlic and a touch of traditional fish sauce. The balls are already fully pre-cooked and frozen (IQF) in the factory, so they can be prepared directly cooled and without loss of quality in just a few minutes.”
