“For this authentic Heno Viên meat ball of Vietnamese style, selected French pork is processed. The meat mass is extremely finely purified and swallowed to create the characteristic, smooth and at the same time elastic bite-resistant consistency. Rounded with a decent, finely spicy pepper note and traditional spices, they are fully pre-cooked and frozen in the factory (IQF). This makes them partially removed and prepared in the shortest time.”
