Refrigerated (Frozen): The product is mostly sold freezed in commerce. After opening the packaging, the sausage should be consumed within 2 to 3 days.

How to use

Bánh Mì: Cut into thin slices as the main coating for the famous Vietnamese baguette.Sup infusion: Classic addition to traditional pasta soups such as Bún Bò Huế or Phở.Pur or as a snack: Cut into thick slices or cubes, served with fresh herbs, rice paper and chilisauce, respectively.Fried dishes: Also tastes boiled in fried rice or fried pasta.
