Storage instructionsStore in the refrigerator at a temperature of approx. 2-8°C. Vegetables should be stored in a well-ventilated bag or box to avoid bruising, waterlogging and direct sunlight. Best used within 1-3 days to preserve freshness.
How to useRemove old roots and damaged leaves and then wash them several times with water. Can be used for cooking amaranth soup, boiling, sautéing garlic, cooking porridge, cooking soup or combining with shrimp, minced meat and field crab. Do not overcook to preserve color and nutrients.
